Do you remember what it feels like to set aside an hour and actually be in flow?
To sit down, begin, and you stay with it?
In an intentionally held space, there’s less resistance to start and more room for your creativity to unfold.
Study Hall is a place to return to flow with structure, support, and consistency.
What is Study Hall About?
Study Hall is a live, 60-minute execution space held three times per week.
It’s for creatives who want a deeper level of support for their creative process, so you can begin, sustain, and complete your work.
Designers, writers, artists, musicians, founders, creative leaders or anyone who wants a place to work, steadily.
You don’t have to be at a certain level, or even feel ready. Resistance is a natural part of the creative process.
Just have to arrive and let me help with the rest.
Why Creatives Need This
Creatives don’t struggle with ideas.
They struggle with:
Starting
Protecting their attention
Staying with the work long enough for it to develop
Engaging in their creativity when they feel burned out.
Working inside fragmented systems, competing demands, and constant interruption:
Breaks momentum
Leaves little room to understand the creative process
Feels impossible when the right conditions to support the work are absent
Study Hall offers a deeper level of support for the creative process. It suoports the conditions at the deepest possible level to not only get work done, but to enjoy the process.
A Different Approach to Flow
Flow isn’t something you wait for. And it isn’t something you force.
Flow is available when the conditions are supportive.
In Study Hall, we focus on creating those conditions, so you can enter your work with more ease, clarity, and consistency.
How Each Session Works
Every session follows the same supportive structure.
1. Arrive + Awaken
We begin with a short, guided meditation technique I have previously taught only in private sessions.
These are active meditations and designed for people who hate meditating!
It is a targeted, embodied method designed to:
• Create the conditions for the mind and body to enter flow
• Clear creative blocks
• Increase sustained attention
• Establish internal and nervous system stability before execution
2. The Prompt
Each session includes a focused prompt to unlock movement or sharpen direction.
You can use it as a starting place or continue with your own work.
Follow your instinct. Both are welcome.
3. Execution
Then we work.
No critique.
No discussion.
No performance.
A shared working space, held by me with intention and creative energy.
4. The Environment
Each session includes a curated playlist from our official Study Hall DJ, designed to support flow. We have our own DJ!!
Structure.
Intention.
Support, not pressure.
What Changes When You Show Up Consistently
When you return to this space consistently:
You begin with less resistance.
You spend less time negotiating.
You access flow more reliably.
Your attention strengthens.
Your output builds steadily, over time.
You may finish something you’ve been circling for weeks.
You may finally start.
You may simply get further than you expected in a single hour.
All of it counts.
This Is About Support, Not Pressure
If you’ve ever thought:
“I know what I want to make, I just can’t seem to begin.”
“I have the ideas, but not the consistency.”
“I need structure, but I don’t want more pressure.”
You are not alone.
The hesitation you feel is often a protective response to overwhelm, pressure, or too much demand.
Study Hall offers a deeper level of support for your creative processso that resistance can move, and action can return.
