1. "The artist must have the patience of water that eats away the rock drop by drop." Auguste Rodin. Reading this and wondering how often we actually listen. To our thoughts, bodies, work, each other. The patience required to do so runs in small supply.

2. Patience is a skill. Through this project I have learned that most things are skills. Even the magical ones that seem so elusive or reserved for a special few. It might really be about having the patience to build the skill. Perhaps that is what separates the inspired from the inspiring.

3. It would appear I am fond of a ten year cycle. A decade at a time. Then on to the next.
