1. Make an effort to learn people's names. Nothing makes you look younger and less experienced than not making an effort to learn someone's name correctly.

2. Enthusiasm is amazing! It's contagious, exciting, inspiring and joyful. Work with those that can bring unbridled enthusiasm to the mix. It can make the long days shorter and light a spark when things start to become rote and dull.

3. It's not all bad. And it's not all good either. In psychoanalysis seeing things as either wholly bad or good is called splitting. It's a phenomena common in people who suffer from personality disorders and is often seen in group behavior. While the idea can sound obvious when reading it off the page, in practice it can be challenging to remember that no one is all bad or good. We are a combination of both, like it or not.
