1. Those of you who have been following along with this project for the past months, know that it has only been recently that I have discovered religion. Each year, the theologian at my daughter's school offers a daily meditation during the period of Lent. Last year I looked forward to each email with great anticipation. I learned so much! This is what arrived in my inbox this morning and it really hit home. Still having grey matter melt over it.

"God breaks the heart again and again and again until it stays open." - Hazrat Inayat Khan.

2. Thinking about tomorrow and taking a day to resist, take action, and also experience some stillness. I am simply overwhelmed by the incredible women in my life. It is both humbling and an honor to know them and be among such beings of integrity and strength. You fill me up, ladies.

3. I am a big fan of The Tonight Show videos where Jimmy Fallon and the Roots play alongside guest musicians on preschool instruments. Usually Jimmy can barely contain himself, but last night my husband and I enjoyed watching Tariq have the best time ever with Ed Sheeran, singing Shape of You. If you have a chance give it a watch, it's a nice palette cleanser to all the dumpster fires out there.
