1. The day you plant the seed, is not the day you eat the fruit. Worth remembering. We love immediacy so much that we will often dig up the seeds and eat them if it means not waiting. We miss so much when we can't wait for the fruit.

2. There is a big difference between 50% and 100%. I forget this a lot. Even 2% can be significant or nothing at all depending upon how you frame it.
