PROMPT #92 SOMETHING FALLEN FROM A TREE
There are several seasons where the magnolia tree is a thing of great beauty. The blossoms, incredibly lovely and soft. That wilt and fold over the tree branches like small bits of white linen. Between blooms and seeds grow beautiful pods that form tightly, then breaking open like a thousand little curling petals. The texture is rich and design brilliant from both near and afar. Deep green shiny leaves with soft brown velvet underbellies are born rigid and bright, then curl becoming vulnerable and brittle before falling to the earth. Each movement and phase providing a multitude of moments to witness beauty. That is the magnolia.
