PROMPT #58 THIMBLE
This thimble belonged to my grandmother Zelma. It is part of a set of scissors that live in a bright turquoise leather case. I love how used it is. Like it is the only thimble she ever owned. She had very large hands with long slim fingers and when I use the thimble I can see how it would have fit her thumb perfectly. A thimble seems like such an old fashioned things to have these days, but when you need one, you need one. I'm happy to have this well lived in version.
