WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO START THERAPY?


When is the best time to start therapy?

You do not have to be stressed, burnt out, depressed, anxious, exhausted, or  in crisis to be worthy of going to therapy! The best time to start is now! Starting therapy before you are having difficult to manage feelings is like putting gas in your car before you are running on empty. If you work on getting to know yourself now, you’ll have more tools to help you get through the hard stuff.
